By using ReviewPR you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to comply with them. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

ReviewPR is a web-based tool that connects to third-party code hosting platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, Google, xAI) using credentials supplied by you. It retrieves pull / merge request diffs, sends them to your chosen AI model for analysis, and posts the resulting comments back to the platform on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining valid API keys and access tokens for each platform and AI provider.
• Ensuring those credentials have only the permissions required (principle of least privilege).
• Keeping your credentials secure and revoking them promptly if compromised.
• Any charges incurred from third-party API usage (AI provider token costs, etc.).

You agree that:

• AI suggestions are advisory and must be reviewed by a qualified engineer before acting on them.
• You will not publish AI comments to a PR without exercising your own professional judgement.
• ReviewPR bears no responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

You may not use ReviewPR to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Access repositories or PRs without proper authorisation.
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse third-party APIs, or cause disruption to any platform.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service.
• Transmit malware, harmful code, or any other malicious content.

ReviewPR integrates with third-party platforms and AI services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. ReviewPR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral AI, Google, or xAI.

ReviewPR is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of ReviewPR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of ReviewPR after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
